Full Day: 8:00am – 6:00pm
AM Session: 8:00am – 1:00pm
PM Session: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Session Prices
Full Day: £72.00 (includes Breakfast, Snacks, tea, Nappies, Wipes, Sun cream)
AM Session: £36.00 (includes Breakfast, Snacks, Nappies, Wipes, Sun cream)
PM Session: £36.00 (includes Snacks, tea Nappies, Wipes, Sun cream)
Ad-hoc hourly rate: £8.00 per hour
Minimum booking requirement
For consistency, we require children to attend a minimum of2 sessions/week
Funding
We offer:
15 hours funding (3 & 4 year olds)
30 hours funding (eligible working families)
2-year-old funding (eligible families)
51 Week Stretched Offer
We stretch funded hours across 51 weeks of the year, helping to spread costs more evenly across monthly invoices.
Funded Places
Government funding covers childcare only.
Families using funded hours will still be charged for:
Consumables (voluntary): £1 per funded hour
Lunch (optional): £3.05 (2-course lunch)
Consumables support items such as:
nappies/wipes, sun cream, snacks/meals, additional materials etc.
All deductions and additional charges are clearly itemised on your invoice.
Deposit and Notice
Deposit
A deposit, equivalent to 1 week’s fees, is required to secure your place. This can be refunded from your child’s final nursery invoice (subject to correct notice and account balance being 0.00).
Notice Period:
We require 8 weeks’ written notice for any reduction of sessions or withdrawal.

Invoicing & Payments
Invoices are issued in line with our nursery billing schedule (details provided at registration). Funded hours are shown as a deduction where applicable. Fees are paid monthly in advance and are required to be with us, in cleared funds, by 1st of the month.
Late Payment Charge
If fees are not paid on time, the following late payment charge will apply:
£15 per week (or part of a week)
Late Collection Fees
We understand delays can happen, however late collection impacts staffing and ratios.
If a child is collected after their booked session ends, the following charge applies:
£10 per half hour (or part thereof)
